Off the back of reading Storm Glass, I jumped back into the world with this second installment and wasn’t disappointed!! Synopsis (as taken from Amazon Kindle Store) is as follows: Though relations between Princess Seraphin Fitzempress and her father have been strained, Sera’s royal position has remained unchallenged. Filled with self-doubt, she struggles to grasp…

60. Storm Glass (Harbinger Book 1) by Jeff Wheeler
This book popped up on Kindle and after reading the premise, I couldn’t not read it. At the time of writing this, I am currently reading book 3, so you could say I’m enjoying it! Synopsis (as taken from the Amazon Kindle Store) is as follows: Theirs is a world of opposites. The privileged live…

I bought this book back in January in a three pack from The Book People and I am finally getting around to reading them! I actually thought this was book 2! So, I have read them out of order but I don’t think it particularly matters. Synopsis (as taken from Amazon) is as follows: A…
58. A Bone to Pick (Aurora Teagarden Mystery Book 2) by Charlaine Harris
Of course, I had to go and get the next book in the series! Synopsis (as taken from Amazon Kindle Store) is as follows: Going to two weddings – one of a former lover – and a funeral for a member of her disbanded crime study club keeps Aurora ‘Roe’ Teagarden quite busy for a…
57. Real Murders (Aurora Teagarden Mysteries) by Charlaine Harris
I have had this in my Kindle library since 2015. I read all of the Sookie Stackhouse series and was in the mood to devour all of Charlaine Harris’s other book series. I then promptly forgot about my Kindle Library and the book was left dormant for four years! Synopsis (as taken from Amazon Kindle…
56. As the Crow Flies (DI Nick Dixon Crime Book 1) by Damien Boyd
This was the first book I read after rediscovering my kindle app. I had a kindle from 2013-2015 because I had no more room on my shelves. I didn’t take to it as well as I thought, I definitely prefer a real book, however, I enjoy reading and discovering hidden gems on the app. I…
55. Mrs Hudson and the Spirits’ Curse by Martin Davies
I bought this near the beginning of the year on bookpeople. There was something about the blurbs that really interested me. I thought it to be a fairly original idea and had always thought of Mrs Hudson as more than a dotty housekeeper. I was not disappointed. Synopsis (as taken from the back of the…
