The witches prophesy that Macbeth will be promoted twice: to Thane of Cawdor (a rank of the aristocracy bestowed by grateful kings) and King of Scotland. Banquo’s descendants will be kings, but Banquo isn’t promised any kingdom…

3 Fact Book News – 20/02/2020
Another week that is passing much quicker than I would like! It’s also another action packed one. I just wish it would stop raining! I also wish the air pressure would lift a little, I’m getting sick of the headache pain. There is only so much a paracetamol can do before I have to give…
Kindle Haul – So Tiny It’s Almost Not Worth A Mention!!
I did actually start reading a book today, but then work took over. Then there was a power cut which lasted over an hour and my boredom levels hit a new low. I was actually just being sneaky in seeing if any of the books on my ‘birthday books’ wishlist had disappeared. TBH, I can’t…
Lord of the Rings – Part 2
Time for part two of my favourite Lord of the Rings fan fiction stories, and I’m not just posting this because I haven’t read anything this week (or maybe it’s a little that!). There are only 9 stories here, from 2017-2018. I’m surprised I haven’t read any Lord of the Rings story since 2018, but…

Ramble #10
This week flew by in the blink of an eye! For some reason I’m listening to the ‘Something Rotten’ soundtrack, despite never seeing the musical. It’s kind of catchy. Perfectly upbeat for this sunny day. So, I actually managed to do myself proud, reading 4.5 books this week! The Defense by Steve Cavanagh – ★★★★★…
Book Haul – The Famous Five
I’ve been doing quite well the last 3 weeks in not buying any books and this month, I’m on a weekly budget of only spending £100. BUT, I couldn’t pass up this opportunity. It’s something that has been on my wishlist on The Book People for over a year and I’ve been waiting for a…
Kindle TBR
The problem I have with Kindle is that I go crazy with “Kindle Unlimited” “Kindle Prime” and “Kindle 99p Sale”, and end up with a ton of books that I actually never end up reading and it just makes my Kindle library look untidy and chaotic. So, I’ve culled my library. I now have 32…
3 Fact Book News 05/02/2020
